Orders & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

 

Shipping

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders from within 2 business days. 

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery location. 

• Once dispatched, shipping delays are outside our control.

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available)

 

Returns & Refunds

• Please select your orders carefully cause we don't accept cancellations

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Unlikely but if any product arrives faulty or broken contact us at info@sonincare.com within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

• Our products are crafted from natural ingredients. Please check the ingredient list carefully to avoid allergies.

• Always do patch test before first use. Sonincare is not liable for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities.
