Sonincare products are carefully produced in small batches. As we use naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur from one batch to another. These variations are normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Our ingredients are sourced through trusted suppliers committed to ethical and responsible sourcing. 

Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed through our secure checkout (powered by Webador).

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the UK only.

• Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

• We aim to process and dispatch all orders from within 2 business days. 

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we’ll always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery location. 

• Once dispatched, shipping delays are outside our control.

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available)

Returns & Refunds

• Please select your items carefully before placing your order. We begin processing orders promptly, so if you wish to amend or cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun. 
• If you change your mind about an online purchase, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products supplied with a hygiene seal must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for a change-of-mind return. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of sealed cosmetic products once the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described. If a product arrives faulty or broken please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
